Classe365 has admissions and enrollment features ‘pre-admissions’ and ‘customer relationship management’ (CRM) that are highly flexible and used in K-12, higher education, academies, corporate environments and more.

Features include student information system (SIS), learning management system (LMS), finance and accounting, and analytics. Over 5,500 customers include Johns Hopkins University, The United States Department of Defense and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Their pre-admissions element includes paperless admission, online application forms online fee payment and form Mapping to SIS (institutions no longer have to worry about gathering and formatting student data as students can update the SIS by filling in their application form during enrollment). 

The CRM component includes lead management (to identify potential students through online behavior patterns), lead nurturing, one-click to call, email or SMS outreach, follow-ups (to keep in touch with prospective students) and sales reporting.
