The system supports the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) trend and delivers crystal-clear audio via Wi-Fi to free apps on iOS and Android devices. The customizable app can feature welcome videos, text banners, channel labels, and more. It offers an affordable, low-latency solution for environments where ambient noise, distance, and hearing loss make it difficult to hear audio clearly. The system can be used indoors or outdoors and can accommodate up to 1000 users per server.
Naturally, this is very helpful in classrooms. School audio sources such as microphones, a TV, or recordings plug into the Listen EVERYWHERE server, which is connected to the school’s existing Wi-Fi network. Users download the free app on their smartphone or device, connect to the school’s network, and discreetly stream their selected audio from one of the school sources directly to their smart devices. They are able to hear sound clearly despite distance, background noise, or hearing loss using earbuds or via Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids. They use their own familiar devices, eliminating risk of spreading virus and bacteria on shared equipment. With it, teachers do not need to shout. The system also supports multilingual audio transmission (users select the channel featuring their preferred language).
