National Geographic Resource Library

The Resource Library is a collection of teacher-facing resources presented with a National Geographic perspective, focused on Science, Social Studies, and Geography. According to an associate producer there: “We want to show discovery, and equip teachers with materials that will inspire their students to say, ‘Wow, I didn’t know that!’ We think everyone can be an explorer.” The Resource Library features about 4,700 resources, with “hundreds more in development,” ranging from short and long nonfiction, videos, infographics, maps, activities, assessments, Project-Based Learning (PBL) units, and more. It is a supplemental resource that will enrich a teacher’s curriculum, and National Geographic Resource Library is the Cool Tool Award Winner (2021) for “Best Resources / Other Helpful Sites or Tools for Education” as part of The EdTech Awards from EdTech Digest. Learn more.
