Here’s a tool that provides progress monitoring and intervention for both behavior and academic mastery of skills for K-12. Intervention Compass guides and prompts teachers for applying timely support, tracks and reports the efficacy of those supports and is the data repository and reporting tool for coordinating PLCs and parent conferences.
The data and reports are already compiled for all team members. With early warning analysis and unlimited data walls, each administrator is up-to-date on their unique focus with student needs, interventions, efficacy and trends across classrooms, schools and the district.
RTI, MTSS, PBIS and SEL are research proven pedagogies. The platform administers the processes of these pedagogies resolving what causes anxiety and frustration for educators. This helps educators get rid of the paper chase, the out of date spreadsheets and helps stop wasting hours trying to aggregate data from multiple vendors. Users just log into Intervention Compass and it’s all there – screenings, assessments, grades, attendance, teacher’s notes, parent’s comments, supports/interventions/IEP, by student, with progress monitoring.
“Looking at data only goes so far. [This has] helped us to create a fluid movement process in and out of intervention. It really set up a coherent set of metrics for entry and exit into interventions,” says Mike Sciacca, a user and Principal at NMUSD. For these reasons and more, Intervention Compass earned a Cool Tool Award (finalist) for “Best Administrative Solution” as part of The EdTech Awards 2022 from EdTech Digest. Learn more.
