Nothing showcases that commitment more than their flagship program, The Global Tech Experience (GTX) which is embedded in the curriculum of over 50 university partners – a broad and diverse spectrum of institutions from Georgetown University and UNC-Chapel Hill to the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Wayne State University.
GTX bridges both the skills AND the experience gap facing college students today. The program teaches students in-demand technical skills of today’s job market as well as the practical, real-world experience necessary to land their first job after graduation.
The program is a for-credit, fully digital learning model that teaches students skills and tools in data analytics, digital marketing, and coding without requiring any prerequisites and applies directly to their undergraduate degree.
In 2023, the company formed strategic partnerships with Intel, The Recording Academy/GRAMMY Awards, and global nonprofit, charity: water to provide a new model of early-career work experience.
Each partnership resulted in an in-depth, co-designed project that addresses a current and real challenge that students then tackle in an internship-like experience. Through this partnership they are able to give students real-world experience at scale. Over 2,500 students enrolled at launch and they will reach over one million students this academic year.
