EdTech Digest is a proud supporting organization helping learners and leaders across the U.S. and beyond in taking a closer look at the impact of technology on education, and in particular, artificial intelligence. But what does that even mean? Exactly! Friday, March 28th, 2025 will be a nationwide day of action focused on exploring the fundamental question, “What is AI?”
Students, parents, educators, and other community members across the country can examine this technology shaping our world. This day of events and activities, online and in-person, will offer valuable lessons for classrooms and after-school programs, as well as professional development opportunities for educators.
From exploring student data privacy to conversations about how AI is shaping the education experience, communities across the U.S. will host parent and student engagement events to deepen understanding and build an AI literacy groundswell. A series of affiliate events across states and districts nationwide will unite organizations for learning and showcase important work. “National AI Literacy Day” will feature Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley in-person events.
