Kuder Navigator

A robust college and career readiness platform supporting middle and high school students, Kuder Navigator was developed by Kuder, Inc. Navigator enables self-discovery, career exploration, postsecondary planning and preparation for students. It also provides valuable support through reporting and resources for educators.

Navigator’s research-backed core career assessments help students identify their interests, skills confidence, and work values. Developed by Dr. Frederic Kuder, the assessments are grounded in 85+ years of ongoing research. The results guide students in career exploration and planning.

In July of 2024, Navigator was updated to better engage students in utilizing the expansive career planning features, including:
