Born from Real Classroom Demand. Feedback Loop was developed by EduSourced, a leader in experiential learning program management. Within EduSourced, peer feedback surveys were originally just one feature among many — but users began pushing the boundaries, using the platform solely for its peer feedback capabilities.
That organic demand sparked a new idea. The team at EduSourced decided to spin off the feature into a dedicated tool purpose-built for ease and precision. Launched in Fall 2023, Feedback Loop quickly gained traction: in its first year alone, it was adopted by nine institutions and facilitated over 12,000 peer feedback surveys.
Designed Around Instructor Needs. Feedback Loop’s success stems from its laser focus on usability. The development team conducted extensive focus testing, user interviews, and classroom observations to understand how instructors actually run peer assessments.
