Pipeline AZ is a nonprofit transforming career readiness across Arizona by uniting the state’s entire workforce ecosystem — from schools and training providers to employers and community partners — into one connected platform.
This holistic, cloud-based system makes it possible for students, educators, job seekers, and employers to collaborate at every stage of the career journey. With more than 200,000 users and 8,000 employers, Pipeline AZ is growing fast — boasting a 60% year-over-year increase in engagement that starts as early as middle school.
A Statewide Partnership for Career Readiness. Developed in partnership with the Arizona Department of Education, the platform’s My Future AZ initiative gives public school students free access to career pathways, training programs, and local opportunities in high-demand industries.
Through interactive tools for career exploration, resume building, and postsecondary planning, students can identify their interests, set goals, and design clear paths toward college, vocational training, military service, or direct entry into the workforce.
Seamless Support Across Education and Industry. Pipeline AZ makes collaboration between schools, colleges, and community organizations effortless. Its single sign-on feature allows users to transition seamlessly between mentors, advisors, and partner organizations — including 85 community-based groups and Arizona’s network of community colleges.
Students can receive simultaneous support from both high school and college advisors, ensuring that transitions into postsecondary education are smooth and fully supported. Educators and partners, in turn, can track progress and tailor guidance through real-time analytics and engagement data.
Mapping Arizona’s Workforce of the Future. What makes Pipeline AZ truly unique is its comprehensive mapping of over 900 Arizona-specific career pathways — linking them directly to state-based training programs, certifications, and degree opportunities. This data-driven approach not only empowers individual learners but also helps the state anticipate future workforce needs and strengthen its talent pipeline.
