Hands-on STEM learning can be expensive, complex, or difficult to bring into the classroom. An immersive learning ecosystem from Avantis Education, creators of ClassVR, uses virtual reality (VR) to help remove those barriers and give students access to experiences that might otherwise be out of reach.
Designed for middle and high school classrooms, EduverseSTEM brings together ClassVR Xcelerate headsets, curriculum-aligned content, classroom management tools, and a Gold Standard Project-Based Learning framework in one ready-to-teach platform.
Teachers gain access to a curated library from seven specialist VR studios, featuring more than 500 NGSS-aligned experiences and accompanying lesson plans across biology, chemistry, physics, engineering and technology, and computing. Students can perform virtual dissections; run simulations exploring forces, motion, electricity, and chemical reactions; practice coding, 3D design, and AR/VR creation; and take on cross-curricular STEM challenges.
Rather than simply learning about STEM concepts, students can explore, discover, design, and create in virtual environments intended to make learning more active and memorable.
