Writefull has been developed by a small team of PhDs in AI and Linguistics. All features are based on their own experience as students and researchers – writing academic texts was a struggle for them. Writefull’s language support makes writing quicker, easier, and more accurate.
The platform offer subscriptions for individuals and groups, and licenses to institutions. Their subscriptions have grown by 316% over the last year; they’ve contracted with 52 institutions within 2 years, and have users at more than 700 institutions. According to their user surveys, 98% of users feel that it helps with their writing.
Their technology has also been validated by scientific publishers which use their language AI to automate their copyediting.
