The HDL410 is an audio conferencing system designed for extra-large learning spaces. Providing both microphone pickup and speaker output, it consists of two wall-mounted microphone and speaker bars and a small connect module used for audio processing. It connects as a USB device to a UCC platform, like Zoom or Microsoft® Teams. No DSP or other components are required.
The 410 can be installed in an hour without special tools or expertise. It continuously auto calibrates to the acoustic properties of the classroom, avoiding the need for setup and ongoing adjustment by a technician. It comes with access to Nureva® Console, a cloud-based platform for remote monitoring and management of all Nureva systems across campuses. It also delivers room analytics data such as usage, signal to noise ratio, sound location mapping and background noise.
The HDL410 is powered by patented Microphone Mist™ technology which, unlike beamforming technology, disperses thousands of individual sound pickup points (virtual microphones) into a space for audio pickup from corner to corner and more precise sound targeting. Unique to the HDL410, the system’s microphone and speaker bars work together to create a single microphone coverage map (unified coverage map) that fills the entire space to deliver more consistent sound pickup because the system doesn’t need to switch between multiple beams to follow people speaking and moving throughout the classroom.
The unified coverage map is unique in the industry and, because there aren’t any overlapping areas needing extra audio processing, the result is crisp, clear audio pickup.
